Paila icecream

Paila ice cream is typical from countries like Colombia or Ecuador and it is not made as the traditional ice creams. You can taste it in different places. The name comes from its preparation, which is made by shaking the ice cream ingredients in a metallic paila (aluminium, bronze,…) over a big ice bowl, so it starts slowly to freeze.
