The common feature is the high quality of raw materials and their characteristics, such as the geographical conditions of the islands. One can enjoy the more traditional dishes such as roasted goizo meal, “wrinkled potatoes”, mojo (typical Canarian sauce), rabbit “salmorejo”, Canarian “rancho” and a long etc.

Also, it is well worth to mention the wines produced on the island of Tenerife, with special emphasis on the wines of the DO Tacoronte – Acentejo, the first of Denominations of Origin in Tenerife, with a production of mainly red wines, but also in lesser quantities white wines and rose wines.
